it’s in your

Nature

Women are living longer than ever in history — and that means there’s a stage of life for us that didn’t exist for our grandmothers.

We’re calling it the Sovereign Renaissance phase of life.

What do you want to DO and who do you want to BE during this new personal frontier? What’s stopping you?

  • We no longer leap from motherhood straight into elderhood.  There’s an entire expanse of feminine identity in between that is not fully understood …
    Dr. Judy Tsafrir, M.D.

Meriah Kruse helps mature women, like you, savor and reap the most joy and satisfaction from this truly significant time in their lives.

During the SOVEREIGN RENAISSANCE stage of Life, it’s in your nature to:

Celebrate

everything you’ve accomplished, contributed and learned

Shed

the roles that no longer fit.

Recall

who you are at the core – especially those parts you’ve ignored or put on hold.

Mobilize

the substantial reservoir of strength and resilience you’ve filled over a lifetime.

Seize

the life you actually want now, regardless of how you’ve lived thus far.

This personal era is different than anything you’ve experienced previously.

Do you feel fully prepared to make the most of it?

Our culture offers women surprisingly few maps for navigating our late 50’s and beyond — taking into account how we’ve evolved and changed

You have more maturity, wisdom and self-knowledge than you’ve ever had before.

Your body has morphed into something new.

You’re weary of repeating personal narratives that no longer accurately reflect who you are.

Your interests and desires have evolved — you may not be altogether sure what you want at this point!

You’ve accomplished and contributed so much; therefore, you can no longer tolerate conditions that haven’t served you.

You’re curious about how good your life could actually be — now, and ten years from now.

You understand your time on Earth is not limitless — and you feel a strong urge to live as fully as possible, now and beyond.

The question is, what would that look like, and how would you make it happen?

You have decisions to make.

And you deserve a guide who knows this territory from the inside.

  • Meriah has an incredible ability to listen and help sort through the complex layers of a newly emerging vision; layers that involve history, new directions, strategy … I feel in good hands with Meriah Kruse.

Make Room for a PERSONAL RENAISSANCE one-day RETREAT

Sometimes we need to take a Me Day. Not just to spoil ourselves (although that has its own merits!) – but to explore what’s trying to emerge in our psyches. We prepare in advance by engaging in a thoughtful interview process, and then, on retreat day, we turn off everything else and go on a voyage into your priorities, desires and aspirations.

Welcome to the Personal Renaissance Retreat — custom-designed specifically with you in mind. Although the actual retreat is one day, there are three other parts of the process designed to prepare you for a transformational experience. You’ll leave with something real — not just inspiration, but a next step that belongs to you.

Co-Create Your ORIGINAL STORY AFFIRMATION

The stories you tell yourself about yourself may be the most powerful stories of all.

Most of us are running on narratives we didn’t consciously choose — inherited, accumulated, outdated. Story Affirmations are brief, personal narratives written specifically about you, with you, and for you, capturing who you are becoming and what you know to be true about yourself.

This co-created affirmative story is a powerful counter to those habitual stories that sell you short — and a daily reminder of two things: who you see yourself to be and what’s important to you. Return to it often.

Meriah Kruse has decades of experience using and composing affirmations, having studied since the 1970’s with great teachers and pioneers in the field and, more recently, with the innovators who explore the neuroscience implications of affirmation practice.

  • Creative visualization is the technique of using your imagination to create what you want in your life. There is nothing at all new, strange, or unusual about creative visualization. You are already using it every day, every minute in fact. It is your natural power of imagination … which you use constantly, whether or not you are aware of it.

The beginning of a new year is an auspicious and popular time to reset our intentions, say good-bye to the previous year and step into the future with a fresh start. You may be attracted to ritualizing this moment in time, imbuing it with importance for your enjoyment and betterment.

It can be a great joy to do this in the company of a select group of wonderful women!

A one-day small group in-person retreat in early January — FRESH START — helps you welcome the New Year — immersive, unhurried, and grounded in body, mind, and spirit. Infused with movement, meditation, your choice of journaling and art-making, all at an unhurried pace. In good company, but with plenty of time to yourself.

Additional Women’s Group Retreats are currently under development. Is there something you’d like to experience? Drop us a note…

  • Fresh Start, led by Meriah, was a refreshing way to greet the new year. Thoughtful content to unite mind, body & spirit and to unite the group in sisterhood.
